Michael P R A Manning
M.B. Ch.B. (Hons), M.Ch.Orth., FRCS

Mr Manning was born in South Yorkshire, educated in Barnsley, Sheffield and Huddersfield, and graduated with Honours from the University of Liverpool School of Medicine in 1979. He went on to train in surgery in general, and then specialised in Orthopaedic Surgery. Higher surgical training, which included fellowships in Wrightington Hospital and Harvard University, was completed in 1992 and since 1993 Mr Manning has worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust. Mr Manning is also happy to see private patients at Fairfield Independent Hospital and to accept instructions from solicitors or their agents to undertake medico-legal work.

General orthopaedic surgeon. Specialist interests include traumatology, hip and knee replacement including revision surgery, general lower limb orthopaedics and childrens orthopaedics.
